The Update! Empty The Update!

After many fails the server is finally updated now.
Kirigakure is added and more!
Also there are was a rank Update:
We have got 9 Staff ranks now:
-Owner
-Co-Owner
-Head-Admin
-Scripter
-Super-Admin
-Admin
-S-Mod
-Mod
-S-Vip

I also updated some ranks with this. Doner is now the Co-Owner and Yashukiller will take place as the Head-Admin. I will also add Haydar as Mod for helping me.
